Distribb's backlink exchange is credit-based and mostly English. Both halves of that matter

Their own listing describes a credit-based backlink exchange and notes the network is mostly English-speaking. If you publish in French, Spanish, Portuguese or anything else, you are paying for a network that largely cannot link to you in a way that helps.

The Visorank dashboard listing three connected sites, how many articles each has published, and a banner saying one site has no platform connected.
The dashboard leads with whatever is blocking publishing, not with a chart.

Two problems, and one of them is rarely mentioned

Distribb is $97 a month on Pro and $495 on Accelerator, with a 3-day trial requiring a card, as of October 2026. It covers content generation, a credit-based backlink exchange, distribution to Medium and social channels, and topical cluster structuring, publishing to WordPress and direct CMS. Its published limitations include that the backlink network is mostly English-speaking, that $97 is steep for solo operators, and that there is less editorial control than some alternatives.

The first problem is the exchange itself, and the section below covers it in full. The second is the language one, which almost nobody raises: a link network only passes useful signal when the linking sites are relevant to yours. A French tutoring site linked from English marketing blogs has links that look exactly like what they are.

Visorank writes per site in whatever language you set, and builds no links at all.

What Visorank does instead

No network, any language, and a third of the price.

Articles in the language you set
Per site, and a site can run more than one. The research runs against that language's results rather than against English ones.
Country pages for markets most of this category ignores
Built because payment rails, currency and language genuinely differ per market, not because the name changes.
Card, mobile money and USSD
Through Flutterwave. Mobile money is a one-off; recurring auto-charge is card only.
No link exchange
Nothing is built, nothing is traded, and the section below explains why that is a feature.
Measurement after publishing
Rank tracking per article and AI citation scoring per draft.
A site audit report showing a score of 73, forty-four pages checked, one critical finding, and a bar splitting the pages into critical, warning, notice and clean.
The audit groups by problem rather than by page, so the list is one you work through.

About the backlinks they include

Several products in this category bundle backlinks: a pool of other customers' sites that link to your articles, usually metered as credits. It is the most attractive line on their pricing page, because links are the thing nobody can easily buy and everybody wants.

It is also a link exchange. Google's link spam policy names excessive link exchanges directly, alongside buying links and automatically generated links. A vendor-run pool where customers link to each other to pass authority is that arrangement with a billing page attached, whatever the marketing calls it.

The part worth sitting with: the risk does not land on the vendor. It lands on your domain. If Google devalues the pattern or issues a manual action, your rankings take it, the vendor keeps billing, and you cannot unpick which of your links came from where. Plenty of these networks run for years without visible consequence, so this is a risk rather than a certainty. But it is your site that carries it.

Visorank does not build links and will not. That costs us a line on this page that would sell well, and it is the reason the rest of this page can be straight with you.

Where Distribb is the better buy

If you want distribution to Medium and social channels alongside your own site. Visorank publishes to your CMS and stops there.

If you publish in English, want the links, and have read the section above and accepted the risk on your own domain.

Their topical cluster structuring is a real feature; Visorank approaches the same problem through keyword grouping and an internal link pass rather than as a named feature.

Visorank has no agency tier, no team seats and no white labelling.

Questions worth asking first

Do backlinks from unrelated-language sites help?

Much less than relevant ones, and a profile full of them is a pattern rather than an accident. Relevance is part of how a link is weighed, so a network that cannot match your language is selling you volume rather than signal.

Can Visorank publish in French or Spanish?

Yes, per site, with the research run against that language's results. Several of the marketing pages on this site exist in French and Spanish for the same reason.

What should I do if I already bought into a link network?

Export whatever link report the tool gives you and keep it, so you know what points at you. Then judge new links on whether you would have wanted them without the subscription attached.

Start with what is already broken

The audit is free and takes a few minutes. It reports indexing problems, duplicates, missing titles and absent structured data on pages you have already published, which is usually where the cheapest wins are.
