Which of these keywords are one page?

Paste a list and it groups them by subject. One cluster is one article.

Paste a list of keywords to group them.

Why group keywords at all?

An export of four hundred keywords looks like four hundred articles and is usually about forty. Writing a separate page for "spanish tutor cost" and "how much does a spanish tutor cost" produces two thin pages competing for the same result, which is worse than one good page that covers both.

How does the grouping work?

It clusters by subject rather than by intent. Terms like cost, online, best and review describe how someone is asking rather than what they are asking about, so they are demoted as labels; the same subject usually carries several of them. Among the rest the most specific shared term is taken first, which keeps Spanish tutors and French tutors in separate groups instead of merging them under tutor.

What will it get wrong?

It matches words, not meaning, so it cannot tell that cost and pricing are the same question. Anything sharing no word with anything else is listed separately rather than forced into a cluster. Read the groups before you write against them.

How many keywords should one page target?

As many as genuinely share an answer. A page that answers one question well will pick up the variations of that question on its own; a page stuffed with every phrasing of it reads worse and ranks no better.
