Your SEO plugin grades the post. It does not write it.

Yoast and Rank Math are good at what they do: they check a page you have already written and tell you what is missing. Neither has ever written one, and writing is where the time goes.

The Visorank dashboard listing three connected sites, how many articles each has published, and a banner saying one site has no platform connected.
The dashboard leads with whatever is blocking publishing, not with a chart.

Each stage is a separate job. If publishing fails because a CMS token expired, the article it was carrying is not lost and goes out when the connection is fixed.

What a WordPress SEO plugin cannot do for you

Install the plugin and the dashboard turns green once you fix the meta description, add the focus keyword and shorten a sentence. That is real work and worth doing. It is also twenty minutes on a post that took three hours to write.

Nothing in the plugin finds the queries, drafts the article, picks the category, links it into your older posts or tells the search engines it exists. Those are the hours, and they are the reason the blog has eleven posts.

How this connects to WordPress

Not a plugin. It connects over the WordPress REST API with an application password, which means nothing new runs on your server and there is nothing to keep updated or to conflict with your theme.

Posts as drafts by default
Articles arrive in wp-admin as drafts for you to review and publish, or go live directly if you set it to.
The right category, not Uncategorised
Resolves a category per article from your existing ones, by rule, by keyword or by title. Everything landing in Uncategorised was the first thing we fixed about publishing.
Images uploaded to your media library
The hero image is uploaded to WordPress and referenced from there, so it does not break when a temporary CDN link expires.
Edits update the post, not duplicate it
The WordPress post id is recorded on publish, so editing an article later updates that post instead of creating a second copy of it.
It works alongside Yoast or Rank Math
Keep them. They carry your sitemap and your schema settings, and nothing here competes for those.

What it does not touch

It does not change your theme, your templates or your site speed. If the problem is that your pages take six seconds to load, this is not what fixes it.

Self-hosted WordPress with the REST API reachable is required. Some managed hosts and security plugins block it, which shows up as a 401 when you connect.

Google still finds new posts by crawling. The instant notification goes to Bing, Yandex, Seznam and Naver, which do accept it.

Questions worth asking first

Do I need to install anything on my site?

No. You create an application password in your WordPress profile and paste it in. Nothing is installed, so there is no plugin to update and nothing new that can break on a WordPress upgrade.

Will it conflict with Yoast or Rank Math?

No. Posts arrive through the standard REST API as ordinary posts, so your SEO plugin treats them exactly like something you typed yourself.

Can it publish to a WooCommerce or multisite install?

If the REST API is reachable and the account can create posts, yes. Multisite needs the credentials for the specific site you are connecting, not the network.
